Missing a club, a club night, a youth group, a tournament or a chess afternoon in the Ruhr? Or found an entry that is wrong or out of date? Tell the guide here; players, parents, trainers, club officials and venue staff are all welcome.

What helps most is a link: the club's website, a league result, a dated post. At the next revision all messages are read together and checked against that page, and each change that results is dated under changes and fixes.

If something is missing: what is played and on which day. If something is wrong: the line of the entry in question.
A link to the club page, the league result or the post that shows it.
Only to tell messages apart; never shown on the site.
Phone, Signal, WhatsApp or similar, for anyone who would rather not give an email.

What happens next

  • All messages are held until the guide is next revised and are read together then.
  • Each is set against the club's or organiser's own pages; if they agree, the entry is changed and the date goes into the changes and fixes.
  • Without a page to back it, a message leaves the entry unchanged.
  • Only those who ask for a reply and leave a contact receive one.
