Personal data notes
What the form passes on
Sending the form transmits the name you typed, the contact you left and the message fields: the place concerned, the change you suggest, where it can be checked and your connection to the place. The web address and language of the page you sent it from travel with it. A field that people never see is there to catch spam robots.
Why messages are kept
A form service stores the messages until the next revision, when they are read in one go. Their only use is to check what you report and to change entries accordingly; an answer comes only if you asked for one and left a way to reach you. Your name and contact are not published, not sold and not forwarded to the club, venue or organiser; where a correction appears on the site, it names the change and not the sender.
Counting page views
A small script loaded from this domain counts page views. It stores nothing on your device and cannot recognise you on any other website. Per view it notes the address of the page, the page you came from, and the browser, kind of device and country that the request reveals; the numbers are read only as sums.
Nothing loaded from elsewhere
No advertising, no social media buttons, no tracking from other companies, no external fonts, maps or pictures are part of these pages. Links to sources and to map services lead to other websites, which follow their own privacy rules. The hosting provider handles technical data such as IP addresses only to the extent needed to deliver the pages.
Your rights under the GDPR
You can have a message you sent deleted or corrected, or ask what is held about it: send the form again with the same name and contact and say what you would like. This is done in the form service at the next reading of the messages. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in North Rhine-Westphalia the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (LDI NRW), or to the authority where you live.
